RESIDUAL GRIEF

Sometimes even when we think we have healed from grief, an event can occur in our lives and we find out that we are still hurting and start grieving all over again.

This is usually either because we never healed, or that we rushed through the healing process to appear strong.

Some may have even swept all emotions under the carpet, thinking that what matters most is moving on.

Healing from any form of hurt, trauma, grief or loss is a process. It's a journey. Don't rush that journey. Heal well and heal at your own pace.
