Participating in multi-sports activities like chess, football, table tennis, taekwondo, volleyball, and others enhances their cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities, fosters positive mental well-being, and promotes the development of effective coping skills and resilience, ultimately contributing to a more prosperous society.
