POOR NUTRITION AND MENTAL HEALTH

Poor nutrition could mean spoilt food, contaminated water, eating a non-balanced diet, not eating enough, or not eating enough of the right foods, consuming too much Sodium, Sugar, sweetened beverages, highly processed foods, saturated fats and so on.
