KIND HEARTED PEOPLE

Kind-hearted people may find it difficult to say "NO" to certain people and situations because they don't want to hurt them. They end up hurting themselves most times.

If you are such a person, realize that you are important and will become the best version of you when you set boundaries. You need to be intentional about your mental well-being even in your pursuit of kindness. You need to learn to start saying ‘NO’ to things or people that negatively affect your mindset, create emotional pain and crises for you, don’t fit into the will of God for your life, don’t want to grow with you, don’t support your dreams and passions, takers and never givers.

Let us also teach our children how to prioritise saying ‘NO’ and setting boundaries in their own lives. It can save them from harm, abuse, addiction, unhealthy habits, joining unlawful groups, intimidation, initiation etc.
